SEYCHIC proudly ships worldwide. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on your location.


2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


3. Estimated Delivery Times

Europe:
5–7 business days after processing

United Kingdom:
7–10 business days after processing

United States & Canada:
8–14 business days after processing

Rest of the World:
8-14 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or high-volume seasons.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


5. Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
SEYCHIC is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Lost packages resulting from incorrect address details

If you made a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are the customer’s responsibility and vary by country.

SEYCHIC is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


7. Delayed or Lost Packages

Once handed over to the courier, SEYCHIC is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Lost packages

  • Delivery attempts made when no one is home

We will gladly assist you in contacting the courier if needed.


8. Split Shipments

In some cases, your order may arrive in multiple packages to ensure faster delivery.
