Return & Refund Policy — SEYCHIC

At SEYCHIC, we want you to love every item you order. If something isn’t quite right, you are welcome to return it under the conditions below.


1. Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
After registering your return, you have another 14 days to send the item back.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Be in the same condition as received

We cannot accept returns with makeup, deodorant, perfume stains, or signs of wear.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)

  • Items with visible signs of wear or damage

  • Accessories such as earrings (due to hygiene reasons)


4. Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

In these cases, SEYCHIC will cover the return costs.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • If the returned item does not meet our conditions, we may refuse the return or issue a partial refund.


6. Exchanges

Want to exchange an item for a different size or color?
Please contact our customer service and we’ll be happy to assist you.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours and include clear photos. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


8. How to Return an Item

  1. Register your return by emailing us at: contact@shopseychic.com

  2. Include:

    • Your name

    • Order number

    • The item(s) you wish to return

  3. Repack the item securely.

  4. Ship the package to the return address we provide.

  5. Keep your shipping receipt until your refund is completed.
